This is an important message about your Snowcat Ridge tickets for Saturday December 16th:

Snowcat Ridge has been closely monitoring the weather forecast for Saturday December 16th. Recent forecasts for Saturday now call for rain starting around 11am and continuing through the end of the day.

Snowcat Ridge is able to operate in periods of light to moderate rain, but heavier rainfall and lightning may require the Snowy Slopes and the Crystal Ribbon attractions to temporarily close due to safety considerations, until the weather improves. If the weather requires Snowcat Ridge to temporarily close the Snowy Slopes and the Crystal Ribbon, we will work hard to reopen the attractions, but the safety of our guests is our top priority.

If you wish to transfer your Saturday December 16th tickets to another date, you may do so by contacting the Showclix ticketing support line at (352) 579-6650. Our ticketing team will be available from 9am to 6pm each day. As a courtesy, The Showclix ticketing support team will honor all ticket transfer requests for Saturday December 16th tickets up to the time listed on the ticket (instead of requiring 24 hour notice).

Please note that the Showclix ticketing support line will be experiencing higher than normal call volume tomorrow. If you cannot reach a ticketing support representative, please leave a voice message and your transfer request will be honored as of the time of your call. A member of the tickets support team will return your message in the order it was received.

Please note that we are unable to transfer tickets or offer raincheck for any tickets after they have been used for park entry. Tickets may only be transferred prior to entry at the park.
