Is your facility wheelchair accessible?

All attractions except Snowy Slopes are all wheelchair accessible.

Please note:

• The Crystal Ribbon is wheelchair accessible within the main ice skating oval. Guests in wheelchairs must maintain control of their wheelchair at all times while on the ice. Guests in wheelchairs may not travel on the main ice ribbon path.
• The floor of the Arctic Igloo is snow covered and will be slippery, wet and have uneven terrain. Wheelchair accessible snow tubing is available inside of the Arctic Igloo on the Bunny Slope, but please note that our staff are no able to assist guests into and out of the snow tubes.
