***UPDATED NOVEMBER 23rd, 2020***
We are writing you to let you know about changes in our schedule at Snowcat Ridge.
As you have heard, we opened Snowcat Ridge on November 20th, 2020. For the first time, Florida has an Alpine Snow Park!
Since opening, we have had an overwhelming amount of interest and guests at the park to the extent that we misestimated the amount of snow production which was required to allow the larger number of kids (and adults) to play in the snow inside the Arctic Igloo. As a result, the Arctic Igloo was temporarily closed on Saturday November 21st, but we were able to re-open the Arctic Igloo during the evening of November 22nd, 2020.
To address the snow volume inside of the Arctic Igloo, we are limiting the hours of the park so we can concentrate our snow production, to ensure the Arctic Igloo remains fully operational. We definitely want to ensure all of the kids and families that want to see and play in the snow, are able to!
Make no mistake – The Arctic Igloo, Snowy Slopes and the Alpine Village are open during our updated park hours. Please note we are limiting overall park capacity, to adhere to the COVID-19 guidelines.
The new, updated Snowcat Ridge schedule can be found on our hours page.
If you purchased a ticket for a time slot which is no longer available (no longer listed on our hours of operation) your ticket will automatically be refunded. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days due to the holiday week, but will likely be processed much sooner. Customers affected by this cancellation may then re-purchase a ticket on ticketing page for any of the available time slots.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we work diligently to resolve these issues, and work towards making your Snowcat Ridge experience one you will remember for ages to come!
